Mr.s O'Neill is the new library assistant at West Orient, and the first person to wear our cool new birthday hat. Her birthday was in September. She recommends The Lightning Thief! Mrs. O'Neill also likes the Among the Hidden series by Margaret Peterson Haddix and The Giver by Lois Lowry. For adults, she recommends the Clan of the Cave Bear series. Mrs. O'Neill worked at Damascus Middle School for seven years before she came to West Orient. She worked in technology and the library over there, which is really lucky for us, because she can fix a lot more computer problems than Mrs. FB!!!
When she's not working or reading, Mrs. O'Neill likes to sew and quilt and work on the computer. Recently she learned how to use Skype to talk to her daughter who lives far away. She said it's really neat!
We are super glad to have Mrs. O'Neill in the library :)
