6th Grade entry -Twilight

6th graders at WOMS have been invited to post guest entries on my blog for YA books they’ve recently read. This is Jaymie’s entry. Thanks, Jaymie!

Twilight
By Stephenie Meyer
Little,Brown And Company, 498 p.

In the book Twilight, Bella, one of the main characters, moves to Forks, Washington to live with her dad, Charlie. When she gets to Forks she attends Forks High School where she meets a guy named Edward. He doesn't like Bella at first and is very rude to her. Bella doesn't see him for a while but when she sees him, he is a lot nicer to her. Bella starts to hang out with Edward. Edward and Bella go to Edward's family's house so Bella can meet his family. She goes with Edward to a baseball field and helps referee the baseball game with his family. A tracker vampire named James comes and starts tracking Bella. Bella has to leave town.... You will have to read the book Twilight, to find out the end.

The main character Bella is a teenage girl that attends high school. She gets a crush on a guy named Edward. Bella is very nice and is very willing to do things for others. She is skinny and has long brown hair.

The thing I liked most about this book is it doesn't have just one genera. It also has a lot of suspense, I like suspense. I also liked it because you could really feel how the characters felt.

I would recommend this book to people who like romance books with suspense. I would also recommend this book to kids that have a wide range vocabulary.
